Experience
Mr. Michael represents employers and their insurers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. His clients include self-insured employers as well as insurance companies providing coverage for large and small employers. Mr. Michael has appeared before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission in over one-hundred cases. He also has experience defending claims before the District of Columbia’s Office of Workers’ Compensation and Office of Hearings and Adjudications. Mr. Michael has been a member of the Workers Compensation and Insurance Defense sections of the Maryland Bar Association since 2005.
