Cesar Cesaratto became a Director of the Company in April 2002. Mr. Cesaratto currently works with a number of investment groups where he contributes his experience and contacts to the development of select start-up ventures in the communication technology sector. From 1970 to May 2001, Mr. Cesaratto held a number of executive positions with Nortel Networks Corporation spanning component and product development, operations, and sales and marketing. His most recent position at Nortel was as President Wireless Systems for EMEA. Mr. Cesaratto retired from Nortel Networks in May 2001. Mr. Cesaratto currently serves on the board of Gennum Corporation and on its Compensation Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University. |
