Ceri Ittensohn is Vice President, Human Resources of InterContinental Hotels Group, Asia Pacific, setting the HR strategy and direction within the region.
In this role Ceri oversees the organisation design within Asia Pacific to ensure it is fit for purpose, the development and implementation of programs to develop individual and organisational capability, compensation and benefits programs to recognise and reward performance, succession planning and people pipeline activities, the performance management systems and other programs and initiatives to support the ongoing development of the organisation culture.
Prior to assuming her current position in January 2004, Ceri was Director of Training & Development for the Group and was responsible for developing and implementing key training initiatives within the Asia Pacific hotels, with a focus on building brand strength and developing employee and managerial capabilities to drive performance of the hotels in the region. During this time she was responsible for spearheading a number of regional and global projects which have had a significant and measurable impact on performance within the hotels.
Ceri has spent over 15 years in the industry, including a number of operational, training and human resources roles both in hotels and in the corporate headquarters.
Ceri holds an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Queensland and now lives in Singapore with her husband and two children. |
