Celeste C. Harrison graduated University of Washington in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received her juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 2002. Ms. Harrison was a Member of Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. She concentrates her practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles and their insurers and is admitted to practice in all the state courts of Pennsylvania. |
