Cedric Brown, VP Network Operations: Mr. Brown brings twenty years of Tier I network operations leadership experience to IBBS from providers such as Earthlink, BellSouth, and Interland. His professional achievements include the development and implementation of real-time analytical systems that proactively identify and correct problems before customers are negatively affected. These innovative technologies not only measure the technical scope of network issues, but also analyze the impact on business units and processes. Mr. Brown is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the Company's 24x7 Network Operations Center and Technical Assistance Center. He joined IBBS in order to help the Company achieve its objective of providing Tier I comparable capability to all operators regardless of size or physical location. Mr. Brown holds a dual BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University and Georgia Tech. |
