Cecily Mistarz is Executive Vice President of Product Management and Development with Harris Private Bank, which provides comprehensive wealth management services to affluent individuals and families. Ms. Mistarz oversees the development and delivery of Harris Private Bank’s comprehensive suite of trust, investment and banking products targeted to the high net worth and ultra high net worth markets. Cecily began her career with BMO Financial Group as an Assistant Vice President in Corporate Banking and later became a Senior Credit Manager with that group. She then joined the Investment Banking Group, where she was Managing Director responsible for the Bank’s relationships with Transportation companies. In 1999, Ms. Mistarz joined BMO’s Office of Strategic Management, where she worked with the Bank’s lines of business across North America as they developed and refined their strategies. As part of that responsibility, she helped direct efforts to establish and develop the Private Client Group within the U.S. to serve high net worth clients and served on the team that developed and executed several key strategic acquisitions in the wealth management business. Ms. Mistarz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Bradley University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is on the Board of Directors for the Safer Foundation and for Literacy Chicago and is a member of the Chicago Crime Commission. |
