Cecilia Ogbu is a litigation associate in FLK's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, including antitrust and intellectual property law matters, and representing retail tenants.
While in law school, Ms. Ogbu was editor-in-chief of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
Ms. Ogbu joined FLK first as a summer associate in 2002 and then as an associate in 2004.
Representative Matters
Representing four Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries in a complex California state court antitrust case brought by a group of retail pharmacies against virtually all of the major pharmaceutical companies in the United States.
Representing Cisco in its iPhone® trademark suit against Apple.
Representing People Soft in unfair competition litigation against Oracle arising from Oracle's hostile tender offer for People Soft.
