Cathy Niewulis is an EVP of NCDCS, Inc. Cathy has had over thirty years in the telecommunications industry. She has been involved in most every aspect of the industry from Customer Service to various positions in Engineering. Cathy has been an integral member of several early state startups. Cathy's key contribtions in these entities were process development, back office systems and personnel development. She has been a key member of NCDCS for the last four years.
