Cathy M. Lyttle joined Worthington Industries in January of 1999 as vice president of corporate communications. Lyttle is responsible for internal and external communications government relations marketing and corporate contributions for Worthington Industries.
Before heading up the communications department for Worthington she was vice president of JMAC Hockey LLC where she assisted in the startup operations of the Columbus Blue Jackets the National Hockey League's expansion franchise.
Prior to her JMAC position Lyttle was vice president of marketing for the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce. In addition she was the assignment editor for WBNS-TV in Columbus and worked as a news reporter and anchor at WTVN-Radio in Columbus.
Lyttle is active in numerous local organizations serving as chair of the board of trustees of Franklin Park Conservatory; president of Columbus State Community College Foundation board and she serves as secretary for the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation. She is also a board member of the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Baseball team and Partners for Citizenship and Character of the Worthington School District. Lyttle is also active on committees of the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Worthington's PAC board.
Lyttle is married and has a son.
She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.
