Ms. McCarthy was nominated to our Board of Directors effective July 11, 2007 and serves on our Audit and Compensation Committees. Ms. McCarthy is President & Chief Executive Officer of SM&A, a provider of business capture and post-award risk mitigation services. Since 2000, Ms. McCarthy has served in various senior executive positions at SM&A, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and from 2005 to the mid-2007, Ms. McCarthy served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. McCarthy currently serves as a director of Operation Homefront, a charitable organization and the Orange County Advisory Board of City National Bank. Ms. McCarthy attended Robert Morris College and the University of Wisconsin at Madison. |
