Cathryn Carver is Managing Director, Corporate & Structured Financing. Corporate & Structured Financing is responsible for providing complex financing and advisory services, structured financial products, leasing, private equity, project, export and leveraged finance and infrastructure investment. The business serves customers within Australia and New Zealand, and throughout Asia, Europe and the United States of America. Ms Carver joined ANZ in March 2005 from Westpac where she was most recently acting General Manager of Risk, Institutional Banking. Previously at Westpac she was General Manager Debt Capital Markets and her other roles at Westpac have included General Manager Global Industries Group, General Manager Corporate Finance and Head of Capital Markets. Prior to joining Westpac, Ms Carver was the Head of Debt Markets at Macquarie Bank where she was for seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University. |
