Cathleen V. Cavanna has been Presstek’s Vice President, Corporate Human Resources since January 2005. As such, Ms. Cavanna is responsible for coordinating all human resource activities within the corporation, including strengthening the link between internal operations and external performance, and influencing and fulfilling business strategy through a fully-aligned and integrated approach. Ms. Cavanna joined Presstek in March 1996 as the Manager of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Presstek, Ms. Cavanna held human resources management positions in high-tech companies including Electronic Data Systems, Genicom and The A. B. Dick Company.
Ms. Cavanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and is active in the Compensation and Benefit Survey Group, the Southern New Hampshire Human Resources Society, and is certified in Personnel Law. |
