Cathleen Eldridge was elected a member of the CHP board of trustees in 2004. In addition, Ms. Eldridge served as a member of West Central Ohio Health Partners’ board of trustees from 1995 – 2003, becoming its vice chair in 1999. She brings to the board 25 years of experience in the areas of finance, management, strategic planning and marketing.
Currently, Ms. Eldridge is vice president of organizational development and learning for Sun Federal Credit Union. She has owned and operated Eldridge Consulting, Inc. for the past six years, focusing on planning; budgeting and analysis; executive coaching; and team development.
Recently she completed an 18-month assignment as director of the Small Business Center at James Sprunt Community College.
Ms. Eldridge’s previous business experience includes serving as president and CEO of the American Community Bank, Lima, Ohio. She also held a variety of increasingly responsible management positions for The Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company, including plant manager of P&G’s Lima Plant, which under her leadership won two of 11 worldwide awards for manufacturing excellence and was featured in Robert H. Waterman’s book, What America Does Right. Prior to that, she was involved in all aspects of strategic development and marketing of selected products for this global consumer products company.
Ms. Eldridge earned a bachelor of arts degree in education and a master’s of business administration, both from the University of Arizona. She was honored with the Athena Award from the Allen County Chamber of Commerce for assisting women in reaching their full potential; the Golden Paradigm Award of Professional Excellence from the Girl Scouts of America; and the Golden Eagle Award for Community Service. |
