Cathy Baraloto is an attorney in the firm’s intellectual property group. The focus of her work is in trademark matters, including trademark clearance and prosecution. In her capacity as a senior paralegal at two large D.C. firms, Cathy has over a decade of experience in trademark clearance and prosecution for U.S. portfolios and coordinating the filing of large international trademark portfolios, as well as due diligence investigations. Additionally, Cathy gained significant experience policing and enforcing trademark rights in her recent position as a senior paralegal with the American Red Cross.
