Catherine is experienced in developing and implementing Program Management Offices, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance auditing and remediation, Business Continuity Planning, ERP implementations, customized training programs, merger/acquisitions/divestitures and profitability analysis of equipment, floor space, vendors and customers.
