Catherine Simanu has recently joined Zeacom as the HR Manager for the Zeacom Group. With over 10 years generalist HR experience, Catherine has joined us most recently from Telecom/Yellow Pages Group where she was the HR Manager and worked through the HR/People aspects of the sale of Yellow Pages from Telecom in May 2007. Prior to this Catherine has worked in senior HR roles in the Banking, Finance and Education sectors . Catherine has spent the first part of her employment with Zeacom getting an understanding of the HR function across the Zeacom Group and is starting to put a People Plan together for 2008. Forming part of this plan will be: a Remuneration overview, Recruitment & Retention strategies for Zeacom, Performance & Recognition @ Zeacom. Catherine has a Social Sciences degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology. |
