Catherine Morrison, principal, brings 25 years in the areas of human resources, finance, contracting, internal audit, medical practice management, and affirmative action to her role as a founding Principal of Tandy, Morrison & LaTour. Her management background in both corporate and not-for-profit settings includes experience in healthcare, law, biomedical research, and higher education. Her training and practice in law and conflict management enhance her ability to identify issues, negotiate effectively with candidates, and propose solutions to recruitment obstacles that bridge the interests of employers and candidates.
Ms. Morrison’s dedication to exemplary client service, candidate research, sourcing, and profile compilation are evident in each search TM&L undertakes. She responds to both the professional and personal goals of the candidate and their partner. She believes that providing a broader community context for the candidate and communicating candidate interests and concerns to the client helps to ensure a successful long-term placement.
Ms. Morrison received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She teaches courses in negotiation and conflict management at Johns Hopkins University. |
