Catherine Macpherson oversees Leade Health’s product development including development of all print and web-based materials. Catherine is a registered dietician and has worked as a content writer and editor for more than ten years. She specializes in using her clinical expertise and writing talent to craft health education pieces for a variety of audiences including consumers, researchers, health professionals, children, teens, pregnant women, older adults, African-American men and women, multi-cultural audiences, low-literacy audiences, and online audiences. Prior to joining Leade Health, Catherine was employed by Educational Services, Inc. of Washington, DC, for five years. Catherine managed a multi-million dollar contract from the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Catherine was responsible for all aspects of contract administration including budgeting, planning, staffing, evaluating, and reporting. |
