Practice
Ms. Baecher joined the Real Estate Department in 1999. Her practice areas include residential and commercial real estate law with emphasis in acquisitions, sales and leases for properties located across the U.S. She has represented buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties from contract negotiation through closing and transfer of title. She has also represented tenants in the negotiation of warehouse, office and manufacturing space leases and subleases, and performed in-depth analysis of existing lease and ownership obligations assumed by clients under corporate acquisitions.
Ms Baecher is admitted to practice before the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the federal district courts of these States.
