Ms. Lego served as a Director of the Company from 1989 to 2002 and returned to the Board in May 2004. Ms. Lego has been a General Partner of The Photonics Fund, an early stage venture fund focused on investing in components, modules and systems companies for the fiber optics telecommunications market since December 1999. She was a general partner at Oak Investment Partners from 1981-1992. Ms. Lego also serves as a director for WJ Communications, Inc., a public semiconductor company in the wireless communications market. Ms. Lego also serves as a director for Lam Research, a provider of wafer fabrication equipment and services for the semiconductor industry, and is a member of their Audit Committee. Ms. Lego also serves as a director for tau-Metrix, a private company. Ms. Lego received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.S. in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business. She has previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant. |
