Catherine M. Carney-Richman joined the Naples office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2007 as an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Group. Catherine represents corporations and financial institutions in their general secured and unsecured private financing activities, lenders in finance transactions in emerging markets and other domestic and international private financings. She also represents corporations on general corporate matters. Catherine received her B.S. from New York University, Stern School of Business in 1990, and her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 1998, where she was a member of the Review of Law and Social Change. After law school, Catherine joined the New York office of Shearman & Sterling as an associate in the Project Finance Group, and then, in 2002, Catherine joined the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed as an associate in the Banking and Finance Department. Catherine is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. |
