Catherine J. Taylor, 52, was appointed President, Dynamex USA, in August 2007. Ms. Taylor previously served as Vice President, General Manager Dynamex USA since August 2006. Prior to that, she held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility in sales and operations in both Canada and the U.S. Ms. Taylor joined Dynamex in 1996.
