Ms. Durham is Vice President of Capital Valuation Group and has specialized in assisting the owners and advisers of closely held businesses in the areas of valuation and litigation support for over 10 years. Her background includes more than twenty years of owning, selling, managing and serving as a director of manufacturing, retail and service businesses. Ms. Durham has provided expert testimony in state and federal courts, has taught seminars and co-authored the firm's publication entitled An Introduction to Business Valuation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Food Fight, Inc., a local organization owning ten restaurants, and Meriter Hospital, is a current member of the Rotary Club of Madison, is a current member and past chairperson of the Rotary Budget and Finance Committee and currently serves as a Trustee of the Madison Rotary Foundation. Ms. Durham is past president of The Business Forum and previously served as a board member of the Madison Children's Museum. Ms. Durham received her BA cum laude in Education from Washington State University and an executive MBA summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) as designated by the American Society of Appraisers. |
