Catherine Harrison King concentrates her area of practice on bankruptcy & creditor's rights, as well as commercial law and litigation. She participates in the defense of major corporations in preference litigation arising out of Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations. She has served as lead counsel in consumer bankruptcy cases filed in the Eastern District of Tennessee and in representing creditors in consumer collections. She has also assisted in the representation of financial institutions, manufacturers, and landlords in connection with commercial bankruptcy and reorganization matters across the country.
