Catherine E. Timilty, Esq., Vice President/Legal Recruiter... joined Lloyd Prescott & Churchill following a successful legal career that included both public interest work and extensive experience in private practice. Catherine has litigated cases at all levels of state and federal court and has management experience in the private legal sector.

Catherine's experiences as both an associate and a managing attorney have provided her with a unique perspective that allows her to find her clients top attorneys to fit their individual needs and add value to their law firms.

Catherine graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in Political Science and English. She received a Dean's Honor Scholarship to attend the University of Miami School of Law, and graduated with her J.D., cum laude.

Catherine grew up in upstate New York. She lived and worked in Miami and Fort Lauderdale before moving to Tampa Bay Florida, where she currently resides with her husband and their two beautiful English Bulldogs.
