Catherine C. McMahon has over thirty-five years experience in the field of technology management and the design and development of technology-delivered learning and performance-aiding solutions. Ms. McMahon joined SI International in 1981 and has served in a number of consulting and progressive leadership roles over the last 24+ years. She received her promotion to Senior Vice President in 2001.
As the managing executive for SI International’s learning business unit, she is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Company’s Learning practice, which focuses on the design, development and implementation of training, performance support and knowledge management solutions to improve business performance for clients in the Department of Defense, civilian agencies and the intelligence community. Ms. McMahon works closely with government and industry clients to underscore the value of human capital and promote the benefits of integrating change management and learning solutions to transform the 21st century workforce.
Prior to joining SI International, Ms. McMahon was responsible for the initiation and implementation of office automation programs at the Department of Justice and the Environmental Protection Agency. She began her career in the late 1960’s in support of the very early introduction of office automation technology. She holds a BA degree from Rosemont College in Political Science and has completed numerous courses in government contracting, project management and financial management. |
