Ms. Gale is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Real Estate and Land Use groups. Her practice focuses on public-private partnership transactions, acquisition and disposition of real property, development agreements, service contracts, leasing agreements and general real estate and corporate matters. Ms. Gale has led and worked on some of the most significant development projects in Denver and Colorado over the last 20 years involving a myriad of real estate and land use issues in the public-private arenas. She has been the lead attorney for the City of Denver on many of the city's major land use development projects over the past decade, including the transfer of the Winter Park ski area, the redevelopment of the former Stapleton Airport site and the land acquisition for Denver International Airport. Ms. Gale routinely advises clients on development issues and entitlements and governmental economic incentives for real estate development projects in the City of Denver and throughout the Denver metro area. In addition, Ms. Gale continues to work on airport development issues. She has provided legal counsel on the real estate aspects of numerous municipal financings involving the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Buell Theater, the acquisition of the site for Denver's new Justice Center and advised on both the real estate development and financing of the co-development of a parking garage and residential project connected with the Denver Art Museum. Ms. Gale also advised the City of Denver in its electric franchise negotiations. |
