Mrs. Reynolds is a Certified Public Accountant; Chairman and CEO of The Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation; Chairman and CEO of EduCap Inc.; and Vice Chairman of the American Academy of Achievement. She is the founder of Servus Financial Corporation and was its Chairman prior to its sale in 2000.
