Catherine Moran was appointed VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller of C2 on November 8, 2005. Ms. Moran has been the VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller of Counsel Corporation since February 2004. Prior to joining Counsel, Ms. Moran held the position of VP of Finance, Entertainment Group for Alliance Atlantis Communications where she was responsible for the overall financial reporting and accounting for 40 companies. She has also worked for the Discovery Channel and has extensive audit experience working for Coopers and Lybrand, Rosenberg, Smith & Partners and Doane Raymond Pannell. Ms. Moran is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, obtaining her CA designation in 1994. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. |
