Ms. Catherine A. Hemmer has served as Executive Vice President for Corporate Operations since April 2002. She is responsible for the company's National Operations Centers, which includes customer care, ordering, provisioning, maintenance, and IP services as well as engineering and planning functions. Prior to April 2002, Ms. Hemmer was with Covad Communications as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Hemmer served as Vice President/General Manager-Network and Operations for U S WEST. Ms. Hemmer served as General Manager-Network Provisioning for Ameritech Services from 1995 to 1996. From 1988 to 1995, Ms. Hemmer held various positions with MFS Telecom, including Vice President-Network Services. |
