Mr. Soto has 30 years experience in financial and marketing management. He also has extensive experience in the professional training area. Mr. Soto started his professional career with Bank of America in retail banking. He also worked for Security Pacific Bank in the corporate and international banking areas. He has worked in such diverse markets as Los Angeles, New York City, South Florida and Portland, Oregon. He has traveled on a professional capacity to Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Soto joined CMS in 1998 as a senior consultant in South Florida where he worked for a major law firm. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in July 2005. His principal responsibilities include the supervision of consultants in the Southeast region. Mr. Soto obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University and his MBA from UCLA, both in California. He has served on the boards of directors of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (Miami), the YMCA, Hispanic Unity for Oregon and other professional and nonprofit organizations. |
