Catalina Ganis, Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Elliot Executive Source and Senior Vice President, Elliot Associates joined the company in 1988. She has food and beverage management experience in five-star hotels and full service chain restaurants. During her tenure at Elliot Associates Inc. Catalina served in various capacities, including Vice President of Administration before becoming Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Elliot Associates, she was an Executive Recruiter in a New York City based hospitality executive search firm. Catalina is a Founding Board Member of the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) and is the current Chair-Elect. She serves on the Executive Committee and has served on the Nominating, Strategic Long-Term Planning, and Membership Committees as well as Co-Chairing the MFHA National Conference in San Diego in 2002. Catalina is a member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She has been quoted in Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant Hospitality and has been a guest speaker for the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice New York Chapter Symposium and a guest lecturer at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Catalina is active with the Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) Westchester Chapter and the Chinese School of Southern Westchester. Catalina possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell School of Hotel Administration. |
