Cas Holloway is Chief of Staff to Edward Skyler, New York City's Deputy Mayor for Operations, and Special Advisor to Mayor Bloomberg. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Cas was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Cas graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with honors in June 2002; he was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP before serving as law clerk to Judge Dennis G. Jacobs, now Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to Law School, Cas served as Chief of Staff at the New York City Parks Department. He graduated cum laude with an AB in Government from Harvard College. |
