Cassandra J. Francis. Ms. Francis has served in various management positions with U.S. Equities Development, L.L.C. since 1995, and currently holds the office of Senior Vice President. Ms. Francis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and is licensed as a real estate broker in the States of Illinois and Indiana. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Urban Real Estate at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
