Mr. Koppelman is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Koppelman's practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the country, including:
Acquisitions and dispositions of multi-tenant retail and industrial properties.
Representation of both landlords and tenants in connection with industrial, retail, health care, cellular tower and shopping center leases.
Negotiation and documentation of credit facilities, including construction financing and working capital loans.
Loan workouts, restructuring and real estate foreclosures.
In addition, Mr. Koppelman interned for the Honorable Bernard A. Friedman of the United States District Court - Eastern District of Michigan.
