Mr. Sylla is Chairman and President of Allstate Financial and a member of Allstate Insurance Company’s senior management team since October 2002. Allstate Corporation is the nation’s largest publicly held personal lines insurer. Mr. Sylla joined Allstate in 1995 as Chief Investment Officer of Allstate Insurance Company and its major subsidiaries. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago. Mr. Sylla serves on the Board of Directors of Spirit Finance Corporation the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA) and is a Trustee of The American College. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Sylla qualifies as an Audit Committee Financial Expert. |
