Ms. Rubinoff has the primary oversight of all company operations including leasing and management, and responsibility for financing new and existing projects, as well as overseeing all legal matters at The Rubinoff Company in connection with development, property management and brokerage and leasing services.
Prior to joining The Rubinoff Company in 1997, Ms. Rubinoff worked as a real estate attorney in New York City specializing in commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing of real estate transactions.
At The Rubinoff Company, Ms. Rubinoff is involved in all aspects of real estate development. She was responsible for creating the first Homeowner’s Association under Pennsylvania’s Planned Communities Act for a traditional neighborhood development incorporating environmental controls.
Ms. Rubinoff serves on the boards of The Mattress Factory, Quantum Theatre and the Advisory Boards of S&T Bank and the Pittsburgh Opera. She was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell to the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and by Pittsburgh Mayor Tom Murphy to the Riverlife Task Force where she is an active member of its Urban Design Committee.
Ms. Rubinoff lives with her husband Craig and son Max in Shadyside. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law. |
