Cary D. McMillan is Chief Executive Officer of True Partners Consulting LLC, a professional
services firm providing tax and other financial consulting services, and has served as a Director since July 2002. Prior to assuming his current role in 2005, Mr. McMillan served as Chief Executive Officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel and Executive Vice President of Sara Lee Corporation, a branded consumer packaged goods company, from 2000 until 2004. Mr. McMillan joined Sara Lee in 1999 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. McMillan held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Arthur Andersen & Co., L.L.P., including managing partner of the Chicago office. Mr. McMillan also serves on the board of directors of McDonald's Corporation and American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., as well as the boards of several nonprofit organizations in the Chicago area. |
