Carrie Wagner Bootcheck
Profile
Carrie Wagner Bootcheck is a partner in the Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in construction, mold, ERISA, trial advocacy and general business litigation. She has experience litigating complex ERISA matters for employers and ERISA plans; researching, drafting and arguing summary judgment motions in state and federal courts; and negotiating, drafting, and litigating construction contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. She received her J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1997 and her B.A. magna cum laude from Miami University of Ohio in 1994. She also studied abroad and is proficient in French. While in law school, Ms. Bootcheck served as the notes editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. Ms. Bootcheck is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts.
