Carrie Price began her career at MDI as a Client Support Representative and Trainer in 1998. Since then her role has evolved to focus on Quality Assurance of all Clinical programs. Today, Carrie is primarily responsible for testing Clinical program changes and enhancements, and maintaining Clinical manuals. She continues to train new clients on Clinical programs and assists Client Support Representatives in troubleshooting complex Clinical issues. Carrie is also a member of MDI's Product Development Committee which helps guide and prioritize new programming.
Prior to joining MDI, Carrie was the Director of Health Information for two Long Term Care facilities and a Medical Record Consultant for a group of seven facilities for several years. Carrie earned an Associate of Science degree, specializing in Health Information Management and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Maryville University.
Carrie says what she likes best about her job is the work environment and the people she works with at MDI. "These are the things that allow me to enjoy coming to work everyday."
Away from MDI, Carrie enjoys reading, scrapbooking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their 2 1/2 year old daughter, Jenna Gail.
