Carrie is the CORE coordinator. She works with the training team along with 100+ hosts who help YS make these one-day training events possible each spring. During the fall you may catch a glimpse of Carrie running around behind the scenes at the National Youth Worker Conventions. Carrie is a San Diego native, who spent the last 10 years in the Pacific Northwest. Before coming to YS she was the middle school director at a church in Gig Harbor, WA. When she's not slaving away at her computer with her phone stuck to her ear she's usually gallivanting in the park with her dog. Carrie's interests include, but are not limited to... books, live music, really scary movies, chapstick, food, corduroy pants, taking pictures, bowling & underwater basket weaving.
