Ms. Korf’s proficiencies include valuation analysis for Employee Stock Ownership Plans, fairness opinions, buy/sell agreements and various other valuation purposes. As an analyst, Ms. Korf conducts client company research and analyzes financial statements as well as evaluates comparable guideline public companies and merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to her current position, Ms. Korf was employed at an international corporation where she assisted in developing a Lean Six Sigma implementation plan. Previously, Ms. Korf’s experience includes conducting feasibility analyses for an entrepreneur and creating marketing proposals for a division of a regional grocery chain and for a non-profit establishment. Ms. Korf also served two years as President of Toastmasters International at the University of Notre Dame & Saint Mary’s College. She is a recipient of the Saint Mary’s Business Administration and Economics’ Outstanding Achievement in Management Award. Ms. Korf graduated Valedictorian of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. |
