Professional Experience
Ms. Deck is an associate in the firmīs Westlake office where she is a member of the firmīs Real Estate Group. Her practice primarily focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Deck represents a broad range of clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, exchange, financing and leasing of real property assets, as well as due diligence investigations related to those transactions.
Ms. Deck has advised lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants, as well as purchasers and sellers of real estate. She has assisted her various clients by drafting and negotiating real estate and commercial purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and corporate partnership and limited liability company agreements.
