Ms. Daniels is experienced with EPA regulatory issues such as new product registrations, and registration support including label amendments and notifications. She is also experienced with state level pesticide regulations, including new product registrations. She works with other senior staff members and clients to develop appropriate regulatory strategies based on the needs of each client and the regulatory requirements for each product. She has a strong research background in U.S. and international food and pesticide regulations.
Ms. Daniels has extensive experience researching pesticide chemicals using a variety of resources and databases including NPIRS, NLM, and various EPA databases. In addition, Ms. Daniels works with senior environmental toxicologists conducting tier one environmental modeling programs such as GENEEC, SCI-GROW, and FIRST. Ms. Daniels also uses the results from environmental modeling to calculate risk quotients and derive comparisons between pesticide chemicals.
Ms. Daniels has also researched U.S. and international food and pesticide regulations, summarizing regulatory information on such subjects as EU Directive 91/414 for pesticide registration, and Japanese Food Additive regulations. She has also assisted in the coordination and preparation of materials for GLP Market Basket Surveys. |
