Carrie A. Shufflebarger Carrie practices in the areas of intellectual property counseling, prosecution and enforcement, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property litigation. She represents clients in disputes pending in various Federal trial and appellate courts, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the United States International Trade Commission.
