Carolynne Schloeder oversees Bellrock Media’s operations, including all aspects of its mobile content business. Her background includes deep experience in analytical marketing, digital music and wireless services. Schloeder was a pioneer in mobile entertainment. She co-founded Moderati, formerly Faith West, as a subsidiary of the Japanese company Faith Inc. Under her direction, Moderati has emerged as a top-tier aggregator and provider of mobile personalization content, both under its own Modtones brand and through carrier-branded services. Schloeder was instrumental in inking early carrier distribution deals; the company now serves content on-deck to customers of 14 U.S. wireless carriers. She oversees all functions of the firm’s mobile content operations including business development, marketing and engineering. With her leadership, the company is innovating new forms of mobile social entertainment through products like Mobile Faker. Prior to establishing Moderati in 2002, Schloeder held positions at Listen.com, Visto and SkyTel. Schloeder holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
