Ms. Clark joined Ray Quinney and Nebeker after completing a judicial clerkship for Justice Matthew B. Durrant at the Utah Supreme Court. Ms. Clark practices in the firm's appellate practice, litigation and intellectual property sections. In addition, Ms. Clark is an experienced mediator and is listed on the Utah Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Roster of Mediators and Arbitrators. As a litigator, Ms. Clark has gained expertise in the firm’s family law practice group, and has counseled clients with regard to divorce, custody disputes, property division, and adoption matters. Additionally, Ms. Clark has wide-ranging commercial litigation experience, with a particular emphasis in trademark and patent infringement actions and intellectual property licensing disputes.
Ms. Clark has significant experience as a mediator, and has mediated a variety of commercial and domestic disputes. She is currently completing an LL.M. at Pepperdine University in Alternative Dispute Resolution, which boasts one of the best dispute resolution programs in the country. Ms. Clark has been voted by her peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in the category of Business Litigation (as published in Utah Business Magazine). |
