Senior Associate, Carolyn Potter has been with B. J. Abrams & Associates since 1994. She has handled searches successfully in a variety of fields including human resources, sales and marketing, training, customer service and operations as well as searches within the non-profit sector.

Carolyn’s previous employment includes teaching school and, more recently, Carolyn was with an international health care search firm where she placed healthcare professionals. In addition, she developed the human resource function for that firm’s contract agency division. Carolyn has found that focusing on customer satisfaction has been essential to the success she has experienced throughout her professional life.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Carolyn is a native and current resident of north suburban Chicago, living there with her husband and four sons. She is the secretary of the board of directors of the youth organization in her community and is active in a variety of community activities.
