Carolyn Pitt-Jones is the Director of Business Development for the Atlanta office of Major, Lindsey & Africa. Her primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships with corporate legal departments and coordinating in-house marketing efforts throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining MLA, Carolyn worked with an Atlanta-based legal recruiting agency, where she specialized in counseling and placing senior and junior level attorneys with premier law firms and corporate legal departments across the nation. Carolyn practiced Intellectual Property law at Alston & Bird for several years. Before entering the practice of law, she served as the Risk Manager for an international not-for-profit corporation.
Carolyn received her J.D., cum laude, from American University, and her B.S. in psychology from Vanderbilt University. She is actively involved in the Atlanta Business League, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Gate City Bar Association.
Carolyn is passionate about international travel, community service, and live music, and she is proficient in Spanish. |
