Carolyn Muszynski is President & CEO of Carnegie Mgmt. Associates. Her expertise spans several functional areas, including: Information Supply Chain Management, Technology, Strategy, and Marketing. Carolyn’s core industry focus has been in the manufacturing, high tech and professional services industries. Key clients include start-up organizations, FORTUNE 1000 companies and professional services firms. Carolyn has successfully executed searches across multiple levels from Director through the C Suite, domestically. Carolyn leverages more than ten years of executive search experience. She has spent over a decade helping clients achieve a competitive advantage through strategic proactive recruiting of senior level executives. Prior to launching Carnegie Mgmt. Associates, Carolyn was a founding member of a boutique that was acquired by AT Kearney Executive Search. Carolyn holds a bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario in Economics. Carolyn is fluent in English and French, and conversant in Polish. She is involved in both professional and civic organizations, she is a board member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (www.iacpr.org ) .
